Out of darkness ... life.
Transformation nourished by darkness. Life not made in imitation, but created with love, care and authenticity. These images are made to honor the divine feminine, that which takes care of you and nourishes you. The female forms are swollen with new life. They are ready to burst forth with energy and ideas. They are pregnant with possibilities. The breasts are visually present, but exist only as shadows. Hence the title "Nourished by Shadow". The shadow represents the unconscious/unknown/unacknowledged motivations and platforms that the individual personality works from. It is not our rationalizations (they are conscious). We cycle back to where we began. Out of the depths of darkness comes life, comes you and all the multitudinous facets of your passions , positive and negative..It is the dance of Shiva, the cadence/concert of yin and yang, the medicine of examining yourself deeply. These life-carrying forms are dedicated to the energy of deep inner reflection..Raise your consciousness, stop all judgement. Pursue what nourishes you.
